in organizational commitment. Gathered data were analyzed through Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple Regression analysis. Findings showed that: 1. There is a positive significant relationship between organizational socialization and Factors(Training, consensus, staff support and organization future outlook) with organizational commitment components.2- Training and consensus is significant predictors organizational commitment.
